Get Satisfaction

An arresting visual metaphor for our friends at The Satisfactory

Get Satisfaction teaches brands how to love their customers. More than 50,000 communities use this platform to solve problems, identify opportunities, garner ideas, collect praise and, generally, keep customers happy. Get Satisfaction challenged us to remake their identity to feel less startup and more gold standard. With a new look established, we redesigned their website and developed a mascot that stumbled onto the front page of Mashable and TechCrunch.

We had a fantastic time crafting a visual language that was authentic to Get Satisfaction as an organization, as well as a website design that helps them effectively communicate their message to the world.

What We Did

  • Created a new identity, including a logo, logo treatments, color palette and a business system that better reflects the personality and energy of the company.
  • Developed an interactive website using HTML5, jQuery, Raphael JavaScript library and Webtype, for Drupal integration.
  • Conceived and executed a memorable illustrative style that Get Satisfaction has been able to use as a platform to present their new brand online and offline.
  • Reskinned their Social Studies blog (in WordPress) to reflect the educational nature of the content and enable targeted promotion throughout.
  • Since the website launch, we have been working with Get Satisfaction on additional site design work, marketing projects, animations, infographics and related initiatives on a retained basis.
